BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Karel-grace Dye, Chairman-- Karel is a former dancer with the Chicago Symphony, Lyric Opera and numerous American
dance troupes. She is a business owner entrepreneur. Karel-grace has received certification in non profit management and fund development from the Frist
Center for Non Profit Management in Nashville. Karel-grace co founded the WCCAC and the Mid-South
Ballet Theater. She is a director of the Franklin Lions Club, and a member of the Williamson Career Women and Royal Oaks Garden Club.
Sean Bell, Vice Chairman-- Sean is an active local performer/dancer. Sean has performed and artistically directed
with Vanderbilt’s “Rhythm & Roots”, Millennium Music Center and Mid-South Ballet Theater. He owns and
directs a successful full service landscaping company.
Katherine Ratliff, Vice Chairman-- Katherine has a doctorate of early education and has taught in various school systems and international
universities for over 30 years. She directs Spring Hollow Community Learning Center, Inc. which she founded in 1977. It is an art based preschool
inspired by the renowned Reggio Emilia Approach. Katherine’s creative clay and beaded jewelry is represented by various art galleries.

Mary Pendergrass, Secretary-- Mary’s interest in art began by drawing nature scenes on her family’s farm in Normandy, TN. Today her interests include supporting those who enrich our global community with their artistic expressions and promoting a healthy environment. She is a member of Tennesseans for the Arts and EarthSave International. Mary supports the WCCAC public events at the Bluegrass Festival, Williamson County Fair, Traveling Community Art Project, the International Celebration of Nations, and Nashville Symphony at the Williamson County Public Library. Mary says, “As secretary and self-appointed 'keeper of the archives' I maintain paper and virtual files on all of our events. Some of this information is placed on our website. I am also striving to develop my own career as an artist.”
Richard Armentrout-- Richard is the CEO/ Director of ATM Productions which provides artists support, personal need, Audio Video productions,
event management, radio broadcasts, artists promotion, music videos, Epk`s, remote broadcast services, and video biographies. ATM Productions Divisions include:
Third Coast Radio Show, Third Coast Broadcast Company and the Nashville Artist Association.

Kelly Selfe-- Kelly has had the privilege of teaching preschool through college art for the last 12 years. Currently, Kelly is a
National Board Certified art teacher in Franklin Tennessee where she serves on the Franklin City Arts Jury and is a member of the
National Arts Education. Kelly is a notable teacher of art classes in the community. She has been instrumental in developing the community arts
project at the Williamson County Fair. Kelly currently serves on the Franklin City Hall Art Jury and works with Full Circle Art artist group in
developing and promoting artists in Nashville, Franklin, and Memphis Tennessee.
Massood Taj-- Massood is in the business of creative communication. He is a professional multimedia Artist/ Designer, Musician and Educator.
Director of Full Circle Art an Artist Development, Representation and Promotion organization and owner of M8Design an Imaging/ Design, Web development, Fine Art reproduction and Art merchandising company. He is an instructor in computer applications software with a concentration on graphics, design and web development software both in a classroom setting and private instructions. He also facilitates Music, Dance and Arts exhibitions and Professional development programs and workshops. His own visual artwork is on exhibit at various galleries, healing centers, educational institutions and private collections.

John Hampton-- John has a BA in German from Rhodes College and has a MS in computer science from UT
Knoxville TN. His first 30 business years have been spent in computer programming and systems analysis. He has spent his life photographing what
interests him, first as an amateur, then as a professional. He has developed his eye and technical skills in pursuit of being able to show others what
he sees. John says, “For me photography is the perfect blend of art and technology”. “It keeps both
sides of my brain in tune and working together. When someone looks at one of my photos, and that changes
their vision and understanding”. “I know that I’ve made the right choice in what to do with the second
half of my life.”
